What it is

Your coach changes.
Your archive shouldn’t.

Weight, progress photos, protocols, and every show you’ve done, held in one archive that belongs to you across preps, coaches and years.

The Timeline screen: a show countdown reading eleven days, current body weight, and a daily weight chart.

The problem

Right now it lives in four places, and none of them are yours

Bodyweight in the Notes app. Progress photos buried in a camera roll with everything else. Diet and cardio in a spreadsheet your coach owns. Check-ins in a WhatsApp thread that scrolls away.

It scatters

Nothing sits next to anything else. The weight that goes with a photo is in another app, and the protocol that produced both is in a third.

It degrades

Threads scroll. Sheets get overwritten. A camera roll is not a timeline. Try finding the same pose from fourteen weeks ago.

It leaves

Change coaches and the system goes with them. The prep you just did becomes a folder you cannot open and a plan you no longer have.

What it does

Built for prep, not adapted to it

Divisions, poses, show dates, peak week, prep phases. The vocabulary is the sport's, not a general fitness tracker's.

Log the day, see the trend

Weight, notes and progress photos go in as one entry. The timeline turns them into a trend line with the numbers that actually matter in prep: weekly rate, total change, and where you land at show if the rate holds.

Scrub the chart and any day gives up its weight, its calories and its cardio. Every diet block and cardio change sits on the same timeline as the trend it produced, so you can look back and see what a block actually did.

Derived stats: weekly rate of minus 1.8 pounds per week, projected 218.9 pounds at show, total change, and this week's change.

The same pose, months apart

Comparison is pose-paired, so front relaxed lines up against front relaxed. Wipe between two dates with a slider, or put them side by side with both bodyweights and the difference between them.

Every pose keeps its own timeline. Sixty-odd front relaxed shots are one series, not sixty photos in a roll.

Two progress photos of the same pose overlaid, with a slider handle wiping between them.
A row of poses (front relaxed, quarter turns, back relaxed), each showing how many photos of that pose exist.

Every show, and what you weighed on stage

Shows carry their division, their placing and their stage weight, measured against the last one. Stage photos file against the show they came from, so a season reads as a season.

Multiple shows per season, with the countdown always pointed at the next one.

A show record: division and placing, stage weight compared to the previous show, and stage photos.

Protocols, deviations and the calendar

Diet and cardio protocols track what the plan says and where the week actually deviates from it. The prep calendar handles the things that are relative to a date you do not control: peak week, travel, tanning, the show itself.

A prep calendar listing milestones in order: start of prep, peak weeks, travel, tanning and show dates.

One card, sent when you choose

A weekly check-in compiles the week (average weight, the change, the rate, and every pose) into one card you send to a coach. A comparison exports the same way.

Nothing is shared automatically and no coach has an account. The card is the only thing that leaves, and it carries a RatiOS watermark wherever it goes.

A shareable comparison card: the same pose at two shows, with both stage weights, watermarked RatiOS.
A weekly check-in card: average weight, weekly change and rate, followed by twelve labelled poses and a note.

The archive

You keep it. That is the whole point.

Preps end. Coaches change. Subscriptions lapse. None of those are reasons to lose four years of your own history.

If your subscription lapses, your archive stays. Read-only, but every entry, every photo and every show is still there. History is never deleted to reclaim storage. It is not a lever we are willing to pull.

The plans your coach sent stay too. Nutrition documents file against the prep they belong to, so the protocol that produced a condition is still readable years later, after the coaching relationship that created it has ended.

It does not start empty. Add the preps and shows you have already done, and the archive opens with your history in it rather than a blank first day.

Photos are private to your account. No other user can see them. They sit in encrypted cloud storage, and links to them expire within the hour.

Not end-to-end encrypted: the server decrypts photos to build your comparison and check-in cards, which means the operator has infrastructure access. Full-archive export is planned and not built yet. We would rather write that down than let you assume otherwise.

A list of plan documents filed by date, filtered by nutrition or other.

Questions

Straight answers

When does it launch?
There is no public date. RatiOS is in an invite-only alpha, and the waitlist is how you hear first. We will not announce a date we are not sure of.
Who can see my progress photos?
Only you. Photos are private to your account, no other user can see them, and links to them expire within the hour. They are not end-to-end encrypted: the server decrypts them to build your comparison and check-in cards. The privacy policy spells out exactly who can access what.
What happens to my history if I stop paying?
Your archive stays visible, read-only. You can still open every entry, photo and show you logged. Nothing is deleted to reclaim storage.
Does my coach get an account?
No. There is no coach dashboard and no coach login. RatiOS is the athlete's own archive. You share a check-in card or a comparison when you want to, and that is the only thing that leaves.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. RatiOS is 18+ only.
